I saw myself in many of the pages of this book. The author wrote in a style that really resonated with me. It was like sitting down with a good friend and talking about ADHD. I’ve never been diagnosed, but I do have many traits and it was good to finally understand myself just a little bit more <br><img id="id_a654_7da5_adad_a395" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1pI8nvJNXFGrS0tM4Ikk2JcblbWyBkz7M" alt="" title="" tooltip="" style="width: 261px; height: auto;"><br>It was suggested to use one of these time clocks. Set it to how much time is reasonable. And then do a task, or sew, or reorganize something. You can reset it if you want more time. I look back at my Grandma Alice who retired when she was 65. She wanted to read, sew, swim, garden and entertain. Kinda along the same lines as me, except for the part where I draw and paint. I strained my Hip Flexor Muscle swimming freestyle and the constant kicking lap by lap is what did it. I usually do the breast stroke and the elementary backstroke. No more freestyle for me. So painful. I am much better now. But, No surgery needed which was so happy to hear! Onward we go!
