Rise Above the Fray

Took an old quilt out of the closet and threw on some elements that could work for this hand sewing project

Flowers made of wool, hexagons to cover up color that I didn't want to be visible.

added this house from a class that I used to teach. I have about 30 of these single houses. This one is stenciled with polka dots from Stencil Girl Products. I really like the black and white roof.

maybe using the measuring tape? I am not sure of the balance or if it adds anything in particular

I do like the way this has evolved. hand sewing is so relaxing and the measuring tape didn't make the cut, but the variety of buttons is the cats meow. Rick rack on the roof.
